Cash on delivery for all Singapore sales pertaining to existing jewelries on the website.
Selection of ready-cut gems. All gems are subject to availability. To reserve, a 30% partially refundable deposit is required. Payment is accepted via local bank transfer/paypal. Meet up/ certifications can be arranged thereafter.
In scenario, should you NOT be satisfied with the gem upon viewing. SGD120 will be deducted from the initial 30% paid for shipping/return/ insurance and handling. The remaining balance will then be refunded in cash.
Should you be satisfied with the gem, the 70% balance is then required and the sales is completed.

For custom order of jewelries/ custom cut stone. Production will commenced upon confirmation of design. Prior to production, 30% of the total cost is required upfront. 70% balance is required upon completion by cash payment or immediate bank transfer only.
There will be NO refund of the 30% initial payment for all custom made jewelry/ custom cut stone. Partial refund of initial payment is only applicable to selection of ready-cut gems.
